
The best pizza in the city, hands down. They make tavern-style, which is not as famous as deep dish, and is the polar opposite in structure. Cracker thin crust, just the right balance of red sauce, and cheese on top with an array of customizable toppings. I wouldn’t do more than two toppings per pizza because it messes with the structural integrity of the thin crust.
Additionally, their fried combo sampler and wings are sensational. And they only serve RC cola products, as the Chicago Pope intended. If you’re in the city, find a way to make time for dinner here. Bring cash, no credit cards accepted.
